The company is working on the following projects at present :
Istanbul - Tophane: PP has received approvals to restore a group of 6 derelict properties with an total area of 2500m2 into a mixed use design centre , apart hotel offices and cafes. Construction is taking place 2012 and 2013.
Adana - Tebebag: PP has received approval to restore an historic 300m2 villa In a prime riverfront location into a restaurant/café. Construction is taking place in 2012.
Adana - Tebebag : PP is seeking approval to renovate a 400m2 villa on a prime riverfront location in the historic quarter of Adana .
Istanbul - Istiklal Caddesi - the company has submitted plans to renovate the landmark 5000m2 historic building Markiz into a 70-room boutique hotel with luxury shopping arcade and parking (on behalf of EEPF)
Istanbul - Prince's Islands: PP has received approval to restore a 400m2 villa and 150m2 boathouse and build a new 250m2 building. The buildings are on a 3500m3 sea front property with a private jetty. PP will restore this to be used as a boutique hotel (on behalf of Troy SA).
Sofia private hospital PP is part of consortium managing a project to convert a prominent office building on Sofia s main motorway entry from Turkey into a 5000m2 hospital for a major private hospital group.
Sofia - Elin Pelin - PP has received approval to build a 400 home retirement village 20 minutes drive to Sofia Airport. Pre- sale of homes to begin alongside hospital project (on behalf of Mountainview Estates Ltd).
